This large-plate banquet plan includes our famous "Ginjo Kasu Soup Hot Pot," which uses sake lees delivered directly from the brewery and boasts a light yet rich broth, as well as all-you-can-drink of 11 types of sake, including Hakushika's signature sake.Be sure to try the lees soup hotpot, a nutritious dish unique to Hakushika that will warm both body and soul! For an additional 500 yen, you can upgrade to a premium all-you-can-drink option that includes limited edition sake.
